Crow River Waltz / Jesu Joy of Man's desiring (JS Bach) / Jack Fig - by Leo Kottke. This piece of music had a huge impression on me after I first heard it on an Alan Freeman Saturday afternoon radio show in the early 70's.  It was my first exposure to the ferocious right hand of Leo Kottke.  It completely blew me away and I went out and ordered Leo Kottke's 'My Feet Are Smiling' album from my local record shop.  The quality of Leo's playing and the sunny feel and bounce to his playing were like a breath of fresh air.  This was how I wanted to play!!!   I have no manuscript for the music so have just lifted it by ear from the album so it's not entirely accurate but I've tried to retain the spirit and atmosphere.  I love playing this music and hope you enjoy it too.  I often include it in my live performances.
